Our journey through life is challenging at times. You deserve support.

Do any of these sound familiar?

I’m failing my child/family/at work

I can’t stand this! I wish I could run away

What’s the point? I can’t do this

I don’t know what I want anymore

I feel stuck

Why can’t I get out of my head?

I’m so overwhelmed. Why can’t I handle this?

Who the hell am I?

I wish I could just forget

This is hopeless

It’s going to be ok

As a social worker, it’s Shannon’s goal to help empower and support women during pivotal moments of their lives. Shannon has taken a particular interest in how people navigate change, including transitions, transformations and major life adjustments. She specializes in providing counselling services and psychotherapy to new mothers navigating the joys and challenges of motherhood, as well as women in midlife and beyond facing grief and loss, struggles with mood, identity and self-discovery.

Shannon’s interest and dedication in perinatal mood disorders and adjustment issues, as well as midlife transitions and problems, comes from some of her own experiences as well as her work with many inspiring clients along the way. She is committed to creating a safe and inclusive space that ensures that each woman feels heard, valued, and supported on her path to self-discovery and mental well-being. When not working with clients, you can find her with her family or practicing some form of radical self-care and pleasure activism. She provides complimentary consults if you’d like to chat more about how you could work together.
